i am a 500-hour RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher, certified to the highest international standard for yoga instructors. My training includes:

  • 300 hours from Rishikesh Yogpeeth, India

  • 200 hours from House of OM, Bali

  • Level 3 certification from Trainfitness, London

my journey with yoga began in 1983 during my university years. Initially, I practised yoga intermittently to complement my karate training. Over time, as I experienced its profound benefits, yoga became an integral part of my life. Now, every moment on the mat brings me joy and deeper self-discovery.

as a seasoned martial artist with decades of experience teaching karate, I bring a unique perspective to my yoga classes. I seamlessly blend martial arts techniques with yoga, incorporating philosophical elements to foster both physical and mental growth.

in my classes, you’ll find a warm and inclusive environment, where everyone is celebrated and judgement has no place. My passion lies in helping others embark on their unique yoga journeys, supporting them as they grow and transform through practice.

at the age of 12 to 18 I attended The Royal Ballet School to become a classically trained professional ballerina and have performed internationally for over 10 years..

as a qualified teacher/ speaker /nutritionist and personal coach I have had a lifelong affair with yoga!!
